The only tricky thing about the timing is that you strum hard on the downbeat, but on the whole it's not bad. Did you play to a metronome?

I ripped off the drums from Midnight In A Perfect World by DJ Shadow, I just sequenced the same pattern in Fruity Loops.

Other programs used were Sound Forge 4.5 and Cakewalk 8 (not quite as cool a Cubase VST).

Right, enough bumming. I like the song and would like it if you uploaded the finished version when it's done.
